At TRAVANCORE CARTONS, we have all the latest types of machines which have got high productivity and we can convert around 5 tons of paper a day.

We have a team of production force who have got 20 - 25 years experience in the corrugated carton manufacturing and are fully dedicated for the factory.

We have around 10000 sq. ft built up area and having THREE full shift production.

We have a CARTON DRYING facility which can dry one truck load carton in 4 -6 hours.

We are located on the NADAKKAVE - KOOTHATTUKULAM state high way at PIRAVOM around 25 km from Vytila Junction,Ernakulam.

We do multicolor printed cartons, duplex cartons, corrugated cartons with E - FLUTE, B- FLUTE & BROAD FLUTE, GREY BOARD CARTONS, CORRUGATED ROLLS etc. We have the facility to punch cartons with size 60 x 90 inches.

We use raw materials after a proper quality check and do have the TESTING FACILITIES for paper and paper board at in house.
